Summertime, and the livin' is ...Hungry?
Summer is a wonderful time to be a kid. However many in our community rely on school provided meals during the school year or during the summer programs. Without these meals many students go hungry during the summer.
Help bridge the gap between the end of the school year and the beginning of summer programs. Help feed some local Camas and Washougal School District families in need of a little extra help at the end of the school year in June.
For the past five years we have collected, packed and delivered boxes of food to these families. However, due to circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 situation, we will instead be providing local grocery store gift cards to these families in need. This year has been a tough time for everyone and the need is even greater. Be the Difference and lend a helping hand - or a few dollars! Thanks!
Our Goal is $10,000 by June 1st, 2020.
